Moen & Associates uses the Diva Server PRI / T1 board frequently in its global Fax Server solutions. On occasion, Moen & Associates has found it a unique challenge to seamlessly connect the voice T1 vendor, fax server software, server hardware and Eicon PRI-T1 card. My experience with installing Eicon Diva Server cards or any other Eicon product is a simple pleasure. Eicon has simplified the installation of Eicon Diva Server and their world famous technical support stands ready to help at a moments notice. We don't always enjoy the same type of pleasurable installation experience with some of the other fax server board vendors we have worked with in the past.
